Choose another courier service! PARGO is unreliable

Shocking service from PARGO. Hugely disappointing. For nearly two weeks I have been trying to track a parcel and none of the consultants (as apologetic as they are) can provide any information to its whereabouts. I’ve been told that senior management has been informed over and over again - but no one bothers to follow up. This has been going on for nearly two weeks!

The collection / pick up points are not kept updated on their site - so couriers/drivers (it appears) can decide where they want the parcel to go to and parcels go missing. I chose a store for collection and according to the store they no longer receive PARGO packages. They also said they have packages for people that they didn’t know what to do with. (Completely ineffective if you looking for a reliable courier).
