Booked a parcel for collection on Thursday morning 17/10/2019. It is now end of business on 22/10/19, and the parcel is still on my desk, with not one attempt from anyone to collect from me, or contact me, despite various calls from me to them. If you want to partner with these guys to handle parcels for your small business you might as well close your doors right now, save yourself the agony of having someone else ruin your reputation for you.
