BAD SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst courier service ever, been a week without my parcel they called saying failed address.. Failed address how, when the lady on the other hand of the phone confirmed my address correctly and they had the nerve to say it might be delivered some time next week, on who's expense tried emailing several times they don't even both replying... Plz stay away from this company... Courier guy is the best so far..... They don't even deserve one star they are completely the worst courier service iv experienced
