Bad service delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel since 11 October to date 18 October.When i call Pargo, they always telling me my parcel is out for deliver And will be delivered on the day, but Still no arrival of parcel to date. My previous parcel with them i also experienced a bad service, no updates whatsoever, when i call i was told the car that had my parcel was hijacked.
