Bad service
I ordered ear pods from baesus South Africa on the 28th of June and I got pargo as my courier, I have been trying to track my order but it hasn’t been moving. So on the 1st of July I wrote an email and I tried calling them, no response. Then they sent a message saying my delivery is coming, then they are quiet again. On the 2nd of July I tried calling again, then it says my call has been forwarded to voicemail. They lack proper communication

04 Jul 2025, 15:53Update. Today is the 4th of July and I was tracking my order, on the pargo website it said parcel is out for delivery, so I decided to call just to confirm if it’s coming today. The lady that was on the phone said she can’t track my order, then she says they cancelled my order because they did not receive any package from the company that I ordered from. If that’s true then why is it saying parcel out for delivery by my side. This company is irritating me I don’t want to lie. And when you try to call you have to wait for 20 minutes to talk to someone. When you call again they won’t answer
