Bad service

I have been waiting for a parcel to he delivered since 28 August 2025. I phoned this morning and was told a query has been sent to the courier to find out where the parcel is. I had to phone again at 13:00. Now I phoned and they still do not have an answer for me. The person on the line was nor very excited to try to help me. I paid for this parcel to be delivered and now no-one knows where the parcel is
