Bad Service

I have been waiting since 28th Apr 2020 when delivery process has started. Checked tracking and it currently states courier exception.

So now my parcel if being delayed for I don't know what reason, but according to support team, each day since yesterday according to the notes on their end my parcel will be delivered.

I called at around 15h00 o'clock, as delivery is not usually this late in the afternoon.
