Awful service!

I received an SMS and email 01/04 indicating that my parcel was ready for collection at Clicks Bellville . Upon arrival at Click my parcel was nowhere to be found. The counsultant who was assisting me then called Pargo who advised there was a glitch on their end hence I received the notifications. I then left the store as they could not locate my parcel. I received a call from a lady by the name of Ntsiki whom advised she will contact the store and revert back to me , as on their side it shows the parcel was delivered 31/03. I am losing revenue, that parcel has got people's orders that I have to deliver. I have wasted my time and money to collect a parcel which cannot be located. I have paid an amount for a delivery fee yet I am not getting the required service. I am losing out on business!!!!!
