Avoid Pargo!! Extremely unprofessional pick up points!

Absolutely appalled by Pargo services and their pick up points! They firstly messed up by sending the parcel to wrong pick up point - when this was finally rectified, on the day of collection at the correct pick up point, while waiting there the manager (of the pick up point) calls to tell me he's not available to access the parcel and asked if I can come back another time. When I said I can't he asked me, "then what do you want me to do?" I'm so disgusted and furious! This is a service I paid for! He offered no sympathy or solutions and only when I threatened to contact Pargo and complain did he come in and hand me my parcel.
