Avoid like the plague

I ordered a parcel via Yaga, which the supplier sent through Pargo. They have not notified me the parcel arrived, and when I followed up with them, the log a support query. I followed up again a week later, still no luck. They've now emailed to say it's been resolved and they've closed the query. Yet I do not have my parcel. Awful service
