APPALLING

Delivery date for my parcel from Amazon was yesterday. Received a message that it would be delayed. Called customer services, was told today it would be delivered. When tracking the parcel on Amazon delivery is now on the 30th, called customer service again. Told they would escalate and get back to me when they have delivery eta however will not commit to when they can provide feedback. 1st and last time ordering from Amazon as a result of their delivery company.
