Another Unhappy Pargo customer!!

Terrible customer service from Pargo!! Please do not use this delivery company there are so many others that are more reliable!!! Waiting for a parcel that each call center assistant tells me they will escalate the delivery but this is just not happening!! I am shocked to read that this seems to be a common occurrence at Pargo with so many unhappy customers complaining about the same issue!! Just totally fed up!!
