Angry client

Order collected on the 3rd of Aug from warehouse and received and sms saying order is on the way to pick on the 3/8/20 and till to date no sms from them.I went tracked the order and was last updated on the 5th of Aug that is on the route to pick up point and then no message where the order is.I even tried their customer care n they told they gonna back to me with answers after 4 hours then after that 4 hours they also don't no what caused the delay and they still trying to found out.Yooooh im so not happy with their service at all n they even taking my parcel to a place I dont no.
