Dishonest staff and management at Parco Bags (allbags.co.za)

Utterly unhelpful service from Parco (allbags.co.za).

1) Telephones at this company do not work, so don't bother to call them - they don't answer. 2) If you email them, you'll be lucky to get a response in a week. Sometimes they just ignore your emails. 5) I was told I could pay by EFT but they didn't bother to send their bank details. 6) I sent them my address for delivery, but they asked again because they didn't bother to read my email. 3) Their staff (Jessee) will LIE to you about their products. She claimed they had a bag in the colour and size I wanted (as advertised on their website) and confirmed in an email, but when the bag arrived it was not the correct size, as described on the website. 4) When I drew her attention to this, she took a photo of the back of some other bag and sent it to me, as if my complaint was false. 5) Management (Jennifer and Paul Chen) did not respond to my email complaint and have completely ignored me. 6) So, I wasted R140 on a bag that is the wrong size and I cannot use.
