Courier Service Disgusting

<p>This company accepted an envelope in the UK, to be delivered to me in South Africa. Date of collection was 22 July 2017 & parcelhero stated that it would be delivered to me by 2 August 2017. Not only has it not been delivered but Tracking information progress has ceased as from 23 July 2017. Emails to that company remain unanswered both from the sender & myself. Instead, return emails just give yet another Reference number without any further response.</p>
