This company is a *****. They use the services of DPD Laser, who are partly responsible. I prepaid for documents to be collected from UK and delivered to SA. Docs were collected, never delivered, but returned to the UK sender. Their online claims process doesn't exist, claiming the case is closed. Their is NO live chat as advertised. Zero accountability, zero communication. Do not use this company
