Worse customer service experience

I just called now and spoke to one on your agents. She was absolutely rude and blamed me for not putting in the correct address when in fact it was correct and I spoke to another lady yesterday who even took it down again. This lady was so rude and cut the call on me. I need my package delivered today. It is not my fault for your lack of customer service. PNJ***1
