So annoyed!!!

I'm having the most frustrating experience with this courier. I've been waiting for my dress (whose occasion even passed) for 2 weeks. Received an email stating my parcel is delivered yet i never received it. The dress is quite pricey and thinking about losing it stresses me. YDE should consider using another company for shipping otherwise their customers are affected blind.
