Parcel Ninja - NEVER USE, WORSE SERVICE YOU WOULD RECEIVE

I’ve never had a worse experience with service delivery. This company is by far the worse thing I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m shocked that they still in business. I’ve placed an order with Vitagene and Parcel Ninja was contracted to fulfil the delivery. Their representatives told me I’d get my parcel by Wednesday. The issue here is that package has prescription medication. I can’t understand who would ever use such a useless company to transport important items. The funniest thing is that parcels go out for delivery and has a failed attempt. So you call them and they tell you that the parcel hasn’t left the warehouse? So how exactly was it out on delivery? Is there a ghost updating your system? I’m really not interested in what They say anymore, No excuses. We all have a business and jobs, this isn’t how you do either of them. By the way all agents assure you you’ll receive your order the next day after you complain. Lol what a joke.
