Parcel Ninja misplaced one of my items

I've been waiting to receive a parcel from doll me up fashion, so I was told they use the parcel ninja to courier their items. The parcel arrived at the parcel ninja's warehouse on Thursday of which I have proof. So the lady at doll me up told me that I would receive my items on Friday or on Monday. In between I have heard nothing from the parcel ninja.This morning the lady from doll me fashion let me know that the parcel ninja misplaced one of my items. This is beyond ridiculous. The parcel ninja did not even have the decency to let me know. I am very unhappy. Very unprofessional
