Parcel Ninja Disgusting

Worse Courier Service Ever!!! If Edgars is serious about growing their online sales they have to find a courier company that communicates, treats customers with respect, and provide efficient service. I'm disgusted about Parcel ninja. November 23, 2022, I purchased a cellphone online but Edgars did not send me transaction confirmation and order placement emails until I had to make a follow-up. My order was collected same day according to Edgars by Parcel ninja but there was no communication from Parcel ninja until I had to call them. They said I'll receive my order Monday (28 November 2022), It's 21:10 now parcel has not arrived. During the day when I tracked the parcel there were no updates, only around 18:00 I saw that the parcel went out for delivery in the morning but a failed delivery attempt was reported around 10:00 am. Strange enough I did not receive any call, sms, or email from Parcel ninja informing me of any difficulty they encountered while trying to deliver my parcel. Waited all day long for this parcel. DO NOT BUY anything online from Edgars for as long as they're contracting Parcel ninja to deliver parcels.
