Parcel ninja courier service is very bad!

I ordered items at Edgars online on the 27th of September and Edgars uses Parcel ninja as courier. Parcel ninja collected my parcel on the 28th of September 2022, but it is still not delivered. I have been enquiring about it, but no straight answer is being given to me. The other orders I placed on the same day as Edgars at Keedo and YDE was already delivered on the 30th of September early in the morning.
