Parcel Ninja bad service

I have been waiting for my delivery since yesterday and till today I haven't received it, everyday I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery but I'm not getting it, obviously the driver got there late yesterday I had already left work couldn't they deliver it earlier today??? please kindly assist I have called but still no assist or sign of the parcel being delivered and I need it for this weekend. What an inconvenience.
