NON-EXISTENT SERVICE

This morning, just before 8, I received an SMS to say my parcel was out for delivery. At 16:15 I called to find out what's happening - I've been home the whole day! They did not know where the driver was, could not get hold of him and did not know when the parcel would be delivered. If I had known beforehand which courier service was being used I would NOT have placed the order.
