BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY EDGARDS AND PARCEL NINJA

I ordered a Parcel with Edgars on the 28th of December 2023- my parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 3th Jan 2024- when i called Parcel Ninja on the 4th in the morning i am being told that my parcel is not being delivered because they cannot allocate at their warehouse :(. Why did hey never call me prior to let me know - why wait for me to call numerous times to be told such?

I am aware i am not the first one to complain EDGARDS for such a big Brand i am disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
