Parcel force courier services, ******* and ***** their customers money

This company is full of *******ion. A parcel were send from UK to SA. The sender paid for delivery of said parcel. When parcel were received by this company office in Johannesburg, they saw a way to make money....... this parcel was delivered to their office more than two and a.half year ago. Since then they have demanded over R60000 in payments for clearing the parcel and delivery. It is still not delivered and money transfer from them to me has still not been done. They refuse to give you the contact details for the financial department or put you in touch with the correct personel. Have contacted the head office UK, but they can also not help..... ********** this is the email address for the said company. They do not answer their emails because they know they took my money and is *********ing me for more money. If there is anybode that can assist me, it will really be appropriate
