Don’t trust Parcelforce courier company

What terrible service from this courier company. They collected a document on 11 May (it was booked to be collected on 6 May), so a week late. The document was supposed to be delivered in New Zealand before 22 May. It has still not been delivered and shows ‘exported from UK’. Now we are told we can’t trace the parcel further because it was sent by global economy. I’ve never heard of a courier company where you can’t track a parcel. Terrible company and terrible service. In future I would rather use a reputable company.
