Paratrak, worst garage automation company

Paratrak has given me the worst service ever. I bought a secondhand garagedoor motor system that is paratrak brand to use and a fault came in with the pc board. I send it to them, 2 weeks later i received it back and on installation (qualified installer) it broke with the setup. Send it back again and bought the new upgraded pc. Yet again on installation it broke omce again. Very angrily i contacted them only to hear them saying. Oh sorry, it's a new product and it happens. Why didn't they test it before sending it back to me? Again i posted it to them ( cotst me R200 each trip due ti being far away). 2 months has gone by. No reply, no feedback... I wasted my time and money and now they have my motor. They *****ed me over. Now i have to go and buy a completely new system somewhere else. This is unacceptable.
