Pathetic Service - Waste of time

<p>Got a nice voucher from St Annes hospital for a Baby shoot for my 3 month old at Parasol Pmb. Worth R300 (1 Free Print) Book the shoot which entailed R100 deposit, to book the shoot. I was told by the employee that the R100 is to make the booking, as well as it will be subtracted from anything we purchased. Went for the Shoot, For the R300 Voucher - Cost for the shoot and 1 free print. Got to the studio, cleaniness isn't part of the package, mind you there are 3 ladies working in this store. The place that you need to change your baby, is filthy, hire a cleaner. The staff is not trained. Very disorganized. Advertise that they take American Express, sadly they don't. I took the 6 Photo Package @R670 (Price given by the lady that asked us to choose the Photos) Paid for everything, then realised I had paid in a deposit aswell, They did not want to refund the R100. Then the Package price changed again. The lady that took out the pics gave us a price of R770 for 6 Photo package, because they did not want to refund the money. @ R150 per pic, you are truly over priced for poor quality. If you have a speed point, you are able to do refunds. I will never go back to Parasol Pmb ever again, obviously I'm going to spead the word. If you don't know how to run a business then don't. If change your mindset from money to service, then maybe you won't be stuck in a filty ba*****t under a staircase.</p>
