closed down the shop, gone with my money & photos

the alberton photo studio was closed down and they are gone with my deposit money and pictures without contacting me. i tried to get assistance from their Benoni Lakeside Mall Branch and nobody seems to care to assist as they have promised to look for the pictures and I'm still waiting for they feedback (second month now).
