LOVE OVERDUE DEPOSIT NOT PAID

Personally I’ll never do a rental with them ever again. They are very forward and helpful when you’re about to hire from them but after returning the car they make you wait forever for your money. Today literally marks the 17th day without getting my deposit back. I’d understand if they made me wait this long because the car was returned with a problem but it had absolutely nothing!!! My refund invoice was worked out long time ago but still can’t get my money. Even the big car hiring companies don’t do this, I’m so disgusted with their pathetic and lame policy!!! It makes it even worse that it’s the beginning of the year! You’d swear they take your money and invest it somewhere!
