Bad repairs

I recently took my car to a panel beater that my incurence insited that I use. I received my car Back after a month and are not very happy with the repairs. Now they insisted that I take the car back for the broblems I picked up. I told my incurence I don't want to take my car there in the first place but they insisted I do.
