Paramount paint BAD PAINT

Paramount paint BAD PAINT. It says think on the 20lt tin, it doesnt cover the existing cream wall covering even after 3 attempts. The worst paint i ever used. I tried finding the manufacturer / distributor on the internet with no luck.
