Worst experience, communication and zero customer service.

Communication is terrible. Indicated 5 working days for the repairs, but after numerous efforts from me to find out when my vehicle will be ready could not inform me when it would be ready. On the 10th working day I enquired again, only to find out they received the wrong running-boards and that it was the hold up. I tried to enquire when the expect the correct running-boards to arrive they could tell me. So I drove through to fetch my vehicle without the running-boards. On top of that they made a 54.2% markup on the parts or R9768.75, which is ridiculous. Needless to say I now have to have the running-boards fitted myself. NEVER go here. Very unhappy customer, and no willingness to even try make the experience a little better from the management side. gave them a 1 out of 5, because the website doesn't allow a ZERO/5. @Discovert Insure - Why?
