Poor Service by Paramount body workshop in Port Elizabeth

I'm very disappointed in this body works company. And I would advise anyone who is in Port elizabeth to never take your vehicle there, even of your insurance tell you they work with them , don't go there. The Ford Ranger that was sent for body repair has been there for over a month now. Andhen we want answers they tell us that we will get it on the 24th. And there is no respect for their customers because they rely on the fact that they work hand in hand with Vapsur insurance. Im very annoyed with the guy called Marlon. He is very arrogant telling us that it not his workshop and he doesn't know who the workshop manager is. How can he not know who the manager of the workshop he works for is...
