Poor customer service

The company sends false automated messages about the progress of the vehicle they are repairing. Today they told my husband they want to give our car back without fitting the badge of the car which is only coming Monday. They had ample time to order all parts of the car needed for the repair. Also they do not communicate honestly with the insurance on the repair time of the vehicle
