Horrible Service

I'm so disappointed with Paramount body works from front to back the rude receptionist Elrika who doesn't have a good customer skills.Secondly my car was towed in on the 17March 2021 by their tow truck I've been calling and fighting with her on the phone im the 1 who's doing the calls for the updates and my insurance was assisting me atleast.After accident I had on my car it was not drivable I understand that but to my surprise the took more than 14days to declared that my car was a write off after they waited for additional parts and authorization on the day of them booking the car in the workshop they only started to put the car on the diagnostic machine that is what they supposed to do on day 1 they received the car .I won't recommend any 1 to take their cars to that im not sure why Hollard is still doing business with them out of all good body works you can get here in Gqeberha.Im so heartbroken the trauma of waiting from 17Mrach for my car to find out only last week Friday on the 9 April that my car is a write off the repairing cost is gonna me more than 1/3 of insurance claim and they putted under code 3 and will b salvaged to smd autions i can rebuy there if I want it and I paid whole 4years for my car instalments and now I'm left with nothing no car im not even sure if that is a **** or not the insurance is gonna settle my bank debt......please whoever is reading don't take your car to Paramount body works save your car cause they are very doggy and unprofessional
