Into week 6 and my car is still in the shop. No mechanical damage, just damage to the driver and passenger doors caused by a concrete bollard. There has been no explanation and no apology. THEY ARE SIMPLY TOO BIG FOR THEIR BOOTS! If your insurance company tells you to go to them for a quote ask them to suggest someone else.
