Frustrating service

I had hail damage on the roof of my car. After 3 weeks, I had to phone them weekly to find out about progress and regularly had the reply that it is almost complete. After two months, the car went through their quality control system. When I went to pick it up it had a cracked windscreen and extremely poorly repaired hood lining - shoddy workmanship. All this without any reference or mentioning of it. They expected me just to accept it! Subsequently it was found that there was two patches of surface rust. They quoted a very high price to repair it. I took the car for a second quote: almost R3000 cheaper for the same repair! I found the communication, keeping to promises, quality of work and cost very unprofessional. I will never use them again.
