3 Months waiting for my car at panel beating

I am very frustrated at this point and not sure how I should go about this complaint. My car was taken for repairs to panel beaters Paramount Body works in Port Elizabeth on the 18th of December 2015 and I am still waiting for its return and its now 29 February.<br> when I email my insurance \Outsurance\" they give me feedback saying the panel beaters will finish the car 10 days, I think I heard that 3 times, when I decided to contact the panel beaters personally, the guy I spoke to was Vincent, who told me that the car is awaiting anther car to get off the mechanic (or something), the mine will go on, which will take approximately another 10 days give or take.<br> Now, I have no problem with efficiency, but the fact that I have been inconvenienced in terms of misinformation and delays, I am starting to wonder, if my car has even been repaired yet. I have missed important meeting and activities at my son's school, as I don't have a car to drive me around, and I have been using a cab and public transport to move around which is additional costs, to what I am already paying on my car and insurance monthly. I am even thinking of taking this matter to the small claims court."
