Poor quality of work and service

After being involved in a car accident, Paramount Bodyworks were suppose to fix my car. After taking my car back a third time due to poor quality of work. It has been 2 months and it is still not fixed. They also gave me a courtesy car with NO FUEL and with a license disc that expired. Due to poor conditions of the courtesy car, my boyfriend drove it, now they are accusing him of abusing the car etc. The manager also used foul language when he falsely accused my boyfriend. This matter will be reported to the MIO-SA. I cannot see how an insurance company insist on using them! Completely disgusted!!!
