Paramount Body Works - Pathetic service and customer care

My car was booked in for a door replacement and wheel arch repair - standard 7-10 days lead time quoted. It took 3 weeks to get my car back with PATHETIC customer service. The only feedback I got was when I called to inquire on a status update. All correspondence done through Whatsapp - fine for routine updates, but NOT when you have an irate customer wanting answers. PICK UP THE PHONE. When I finally got my car back, the battery was dead. I have never experience such utterly shocking service and a general disrespect.
