Bad service u

We went there on 3 December with a group of friends. Evening of 5 December my roommate and I had a brand new phone taken out of charger.4 wigs, a handbag, money and router taken out of our rooms. We were left with nothing, not even money to return to SA and the company couldn't even discuss a way forward with us. Apparently the resort is very safe but our room window was easily opened and our stuff taken out. Terrible and disgusting service we received.
