Very Poor After Sales Support

I downloaded the software and during the trial period I was able to use the software, it worked very well and I decided to purchase the full version. After I purchased the full license, the software doesn't allow me to activate it. I am very disappointed with the after sales service from this company. They don't respond to any of my requests for assistance.
