Paragon Facilities Management have not paid my rental

If I could give zero star for this review I would. I handed over my rental property to PFM (also go by the name of Sunnyside Real Estate) to manage. In November, they told me my tenants paid late and they would pay over my rental. I was then sent a fictitious proof of payment by the agent on 14 November. I verified the proof of payment on FNB's website and called FNB and was told that POP doesn't exist. I called the owner of the business and he told me he would pay me out of his pocket. To this day, 29 November 2018, I haven't received my rental for the month. I wouldn't recommend this agent to anyone.
