Poor customer service and communication skills

Extremely poor customer service

My husband and I booked for a couples thai massage at this place. From the time you enter the premises, you are not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. One of the ladies takes us to a back room through the kitchen are. There is no aircon in the room, there is suit cases packed at the doorway covered with material (very untidy) and no place for you to keep your belongings once you undress, the beds are so creeky (not a relaxing atmosphere at all) 2 the****** thereafter enter the room (1 Asian and 1 black) they do not introduce themselves to us and proceed to start the massage. Midway through the massage I notice that I am not getting the same type of massage that my husband is getting, he is getting a full on proper Thai massage with the pulling and stretching and I am just getting rubbed normal, all this while I'm still thinking that the black the****** is going to do it after each section she does and then she says OK we done... So I asked her why am I not getting what he is getting, she proceeds to ask me "you want that, are you not scared"! Then I asked her so what massage did you give me. She says an aroma therapy massage. The Asian the****** then jumps into the conversation to say they didn't have another Asian the****** to do the Thai massage and this black the****** only knows to do the aromatherapy massage. So I tell her that's fine, but when I booked, it was for 2 Thai massages so I am not paying the full price when I didn't get the massage that was booked. They then leave the room and waits for us to come out to do the payment, the Asian the****** charges the full price still and says there is nothing that she can do, I must talk to her boss, so I ask for the boss, she says the boss is not there, I must call the number on the door, I ask her what's the boss's name, she tells me to call and ask her and refused to tell me the name of the boss. I found this to be extremely rude, this rude person with a terrible attitude was Linda.

I then call the boss who's name is MO. She hears the story and apologies and proceeds to tell me that she will refund my money, I must just wait for her at the premises she is on her way. Within 5 mins she calls me back and starts harassing me on the phone, using vulgar languages and says I must get off her premises before she calls the police. She also says that "if I didn't want a black person massaging me why didn't I say anything before the massage started" . And she continued this tone with me without even giving me a chance to speak as I'm trying to explain to her that I didn't have a problem with the person massaging me, it was just not the type of massage I had booked so I'm not paying full price for a Thai massage when I did not receive a thai massage, then she cuts the call and refused to answer again. (I have this whole conversation recorded) I am absolutely disgusted with this owner MO that she can speak to customers in this manner and well as the Asian women at the premises who have extremely terrible attitudes. It is sad to say that this is the type of businesses we have in our community that need our support but treat people like this. Minus 5 stars (-5) for this pathetic business who lacks customer service and communication skills
