don't deliver what was promised

Contacted the woman after I seen her bridal dressing etc paid her upfront for her services and she could not deliver what she's been repeatly telling us.on wedding day I was left in tears when she couldn't even dress me. Paid her for nails that came out the next day and for bridal henna that she just scribbled on!
