Reckless lending

My Father Bought a 2007 Opel Corsa Utility bakkie from them Retail value is R52 000,00 they sold it for R96 000 .Because he is blacklisted they told him he can get a loan for the bakkie and he need to put down R45 000,00 which he did when asking for the loan agreement the gave him a rental contract and he need to pay R4200 P/M FOR 60 MONTHS. I think that not fare please help.
