Rude, Unfriendly, ****** staff

I had a booking at this hotel confirmed via email, my deposit was paid it was all on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival, the rude receptionist and her ****** collegue, insisted on me telling them how much was paid, as if I was lying about the booking (which was confirmed by their manager) I handed the paper over to them but they threw it aside. They were not willing to smile, they disgraced my family and they wanted ID numbers for 'immigration reasons', when we are all South African Citizens. They were so hostile as if we were *********.<br> Their service was beyond pathetic and I will never use their hotel again.
