EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE /CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PARADE HOTEL DURBAN

Very poor service from this hotel. We booked in for a business trip from 25 to 27 June 2022. The experience was awful with people (not children) shouting from room to room and running down the passage at 2 and 3 am. The manager could not be reached and only called two days after our stay and to date has not offered us any compensation for our disturbances over the two nights. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
